Ingredients:

  • Enough fruit (peeled apples, raspberries, blueberries, etc.) to cover an 8 1/2” x 11” pan. If using larger fruit, slice into thin slices and arrange over the bottom of the pan.

  • 2/3 c. flour

  • ½ c. oil

  • 1 c. honey

  • 3 ½ c. rolled oats

  • 1 ½ t. cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice apples and arrange fruit over the bottom of the pan. If using a juicy fruit, add a little flour or raisins to thicken.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix the topping ingredients and stir well. Spread evenly over the top of the fruit.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
