Chard Cheese Bake

  • 1 lb. Swiss chard or spinach
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. Swiss or other cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. bread, cubed
  • 1/2 c. scallions or sweet onions
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2.  Wilt chard/spinach over water until wilted and drain thoroughly.
  3. Mix all other ingredients and mix in greens. Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish.  Cover and bake in oven until set, about 25-30 minutes.

Serves 4
