• 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lower-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup julienne-cut carrot
  • 3/4 cup julienne-cut daikon radish
  • 3/4 cup julienne-cut yellow squash
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro or parsley leaves


  • Combine dark sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and salt in a medium bowl. Add carrot, daikon radish, and yellow squash; toss.
  • Top with cilantro or parsley leaves.
